Return and Exchange Policies

Green Lighting prides itself on customer satisfaction and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days.  

*  Please contact us via email at support@greenltg.com to notify us of any returns or problems

*  All returns must be in original packaging.

A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns where Green Lighting has made no error in merchandizing or shipping.

*  Cost of freight for returning any non-defective products is the responsibility of the customer.

*  Refunds will be made by original method of payment.
